Recovery Running Session with MO SPORTS and WAUSAN30 Running Crew

Since its inception on Wausan-ro 30-gil in 2014, WAUSAN30 has been contributing to the running culture of South Korea and Seoul, based in Mapo Hongdae. They have now partnered with MO SPORTS, whose philosophy is 'maintain optimal condition even after exercise,' to conduct a recovery running session.
This session focused on conditioning and recovery, running at a light pace around Mullae-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu. After the run, participants enjoyed Magpie Brewing beer and had a relaxed time sharing stories and music.
